CANCELLATION POLICY:

Non-Refundable Rate: Please note that bookings with a Non-Refundable rate are not subject to refunds under any circumstances. Once the reservation is confirmed with this rate, the amount paid will not be refundable even in case of cancellation, changes, or no-show.

Standard Rate: Bookings made with the standard rate allow free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date. However, in the event that the booking is canceled within 7 days prior to arrival, the entire reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty.

HOTEL REGULATIONS:

1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

2. Small dogs allowed (up to 10kg): We are pleased to welcome your little friends to our property. However, please note that you must inform the reception in advance of your pet’s presence at the time of booking.
Pet owner responsibility: Guests bringing along their dogs are responsible for the behavior and control of their animals throughout their stay. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any damage or disturbances caused by guests’ pets.
Pets may not be allowed in certain areas of the hotel, such as restaurants or pools. Please consult the hotel staff for further information on access restrictions.

3. Accessibility: For logistical reasons, it is necessary to do three flights of stairs after using the elevator to reach the reception and rooms. Please keep this in mind when booking.
Additionally, the property is not accessible to guests with motor disabilities.

4.Room assignment: Please note that rooms are assigned based on availability at the time of booking.The images of the rooms displayed on the hotel’s website or other promotional sites are purely indicative and may not exactly match the assigned room. We strive to provide comfortable and well-furnished rooms to all our guests; however, we cannot guarantee an exact match with the displayed images.

1. Mandatory reservation: Please make your reservation in advance by contacting the restaurant directly or using the hotel’s online booking system. Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the restaurant prior to your visit.

2. Dress code: Please adhere to the established dress code. Guests are required to wear elegant and formal attire during their visit to the restaurant. Please refrain from wearing casual attire such as sleeveless shirts, shorts, or athletic shoes.

3. Minimum guest age: Please note that the restaurant exclusively welcomes guests aged 10 years and older. This policy has been adopted to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for all guests, allowing them to fully enjoy the culinary experience offered. For families with children under the age of 10, alternative options and suitable solutions are available at other hotel restaurants or dedicated areas.
